This is a collection of recipes related to limited food and allergy eating. Also included are a significant amount of vegan and vegetarian recipes.
I'm not a chef - in fact I barely cooked at all before i was 17 or so - but I have cooked on a regular basis and being on this diet requires cooking constantly. I started this page as a resource for others with extreme or multiple allergies and/or intolerances because when I began this diet I found nothing and I did a lot of googling.
These recipes will never contain:
-diary (including both lactose and non lactose, and eggs)
-sugar (including cane juice or organic)
-sugar substitutes (with the possible exception of stevia)
-wheat
-glutten
-nightshades (including potatoes, tomatos, eggplant or any form of pepper)
-corn (including corn starch, baking powder, and dextrose of any kind)
-red meat
-shellfish
-honey
-table salt
-citrus fruit and grapes
These recipes may include/have options for:
-organic poultry
-nuts
-soy
